CHAPTER 25 · BOTH EDITIONS
Teach someone else the system
Teach a small repeatable skill, then watch the learner do it. A training kit should help someone think clearly and practice, not memorize a performance.
Put it to work
- Pick one skill and explain why it matters. Show one approved example and one mistake to avoid.
- Practice with a role-play, then ask the learner to explain the next step in their own words.
- Review a sample together. Record what is ready, what needs more practice, and who can help.
